Our raw hair is ethically sourced directly from Southeast Asia, primarily Vietnam, and India. 

Q: How long do raw hair extensions last?

With proper care and maintenance, raw hair extensions can last up to 5 years. Raw hair has never been chemically processed; it retains its natural strength and integrity far longer than any other extension type. Longevity depends heavily on maintenance consistency and how the hair is styled.

Q: How do I maintain my raw hair extensions?

Maintaining raw hair extensions is straightforward when you treat them like your own natural hair. Here are our top haircare recommendations:

●     Wash every 7–10 days using a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and deep conditioner

●     Always detangle gently from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb or loop brush

●     Deep condition weekly — raw hair thrives with moisture 

●     Air-dry whenever possible; if using heat, apply a professional-grade heat protectant 

●     Store bundles in a silk or satin bag between installs to prevent frizz and tangling

Q: Can I swim or shower with my extensions?

Yes, with proper precautions. We recommend securing your extensions in a loose braid or protective style before swimming, as chlorine and saltwater can strip moisture and cause dryness. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh water immediately after swimming, then follow with a deep conditioning treatment. Showering is perfectly fine, avoid harsh water pressure directly on any bonding area (if applicable) and always pat dry gently.

Q: Can I use heat tools on my raw hair extensions?

Absolutely — raw hair is completely heat-safe because it has not been chemically processed. You can straighten, curl, or wave your extensions just as you would your natural hair. Always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling to preserve the extensions longevity and lifespan.

Q: Can I bleach or dye my raw hair extensions?

Yes, one of the advantages of raw hair is that it can be bleached and dyed, often in fewer sessions than processed hair. Since raw hair has never been chemically altered, it typically lifts more evenly.

Q: Can I use toning shampoos on my extensions?

Yes. Purple, blue, and silver toning shampoos work very well on raw hair extensions, especially after lightning. Use them as directed. 

Q: How long does processing and handling take?

All orders require a processing and handling period of 10–21 business days before your items are shipped out. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly. All hair must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
