Refund policy

At T’s Haus of Hair, we take pride in offering premium, high‑quality raw hair extensions crafted with care and intention. To preserve the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our items, all sales are final. Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, absolutely no refunds will be issued. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review their order before completing their purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Please ensure that your order details are correct, including product selections and shipping information.

If there was an error made on our behalf, returns may be issued. Hair extensions must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All hair must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For the safety and quality assurance of all customers, any item that has been opened, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for a return under any circumstances.

At T’s Haus of Hair, we provide premium, ethically sourced raw hair extensions crafted for customers who value quality and longevity. Due to the intimate, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are handled with strict care and transparency.

 All purchases are final once the order is placed. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or changes of preference.

EU Withdrawal Rights (14‑Day Rule): Under EU law, customers typically have a 14‑day right to withdraw from online purchases. However, this right does NOT apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, custom or personalized items, or products that have been altered, installed, washed, dyed, brushed,  and/or manipulated.

Since raw hair extensions are hygiene‑sensitive, the withdrawal right is waived once the extensions have been removed out of their original packaging. 

We offer exchanges only if the incorrect product, length, or texture was shipped, the product arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling, or the product was defective upon arrival (before opening). To qualify, items must be unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with hygiene seal intact. 

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Items that are NOT eligible for a refund are extensions that have been opened, installed or manipulated, extensions that have been exposed to heat or chemicals, or extensions that were on clearance.
