At T's Haus of Hair, every order is more than a purchase - it is an experience. Crafted with precision and intention, your piece undergoes careful preparation to meet our highest standards of excellence. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure lucidity and satisfaction with your purchase. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 10–21 business days for your order to be meticulously prepared.

  • Orders are handled exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Weekends and recognized holidays are excluded from all processing times.
  • Tracking details and shipping confirmations will be issued only upon completion of processing.

We do not rush perfection; your patience is part of the luxury.

Once the processing period is complete you will receive a tracking number send via email. 

SHIPPING:

Once your order departs our facility, delivery is estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: delivery timelines begin after your order has been fully processed, not at checkout.

For our valued international clients:

  • Shipping fees exclude customs, duties, import tariffs, and local taxes.
  • Any such charges are determined by your country’s regulations and remain the responsibility of the recipient. 

Once your order has been entrusted to the courier, it is placed in their professional care.

At that stage, we relinquish responsibility for:

  • Transit delays
  • Loss
  • Damage
  • Theft

Should any of these situations arise, we recommend contacting the courier provider directly to initiate a claim.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:

In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen we offer package protection at checkout to safeguard your order beyond shipment. This ensures full coverage in the event discrepancies arise with your package.  

  • Orders with protection receive support in cases of loss, theft, or damage.
  • By opting out of this service, you acknowledge that your order becomes ineligible for refund or replacement under these circumstances.
